2025/26 US Tariff Impacted Shipping

Recent changes to U.S. tariff and customs regulations may result in some international parcels being temporarily held or delayed during customs processing. These delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive. Please contact us directly via email or our live chat function for real-time updates on your deliveries. We will do our best to assist you in locating the order and organising a replacement where necessary.

Order Processing

All products are carefully designed and produced at our studio in Sydney, Australia. Because each item is custom made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your delivery needs and location. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Economy: 4-8 business days
  • Standard Tracked: 3-7 business days
  • Express Tracked: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Economy: 10–22 business days
  • Standard Tracked: 8-15 business days
  • FedEx Priority Express: 3–6 business days

Tracking Information

Please note that our Economy Shipping options does not include tracking. This allows us to continue offering affordable rates to our customers around the world.

If you select a Tracked or Express/Priority shipping option (including FedEx), your tracking information will be updated on your order status page within 48 hours of dispatch.
